TENDER NOTICE: Construction of Public Latrine – Phase I Huye District

Date: 02 September 2025

Biodiversity Conservation Organization (BIOCOOR), with financial support from Trócaire Rwanda through its Localization Department and in collaboration with Huye District, invites qualified and experienced construction companies to submit sealed bids for the construction of Phase I of a public latrine in Huye District.

1. Scope of Work

The construction works will include:

Two (2) toilet units for men
Two (2) toilet units for women
One (1) toilet unit accessible for persons with disabilities

Urinal section for men,Tourism Office

Handcraft and Eco-performance shop
Plumbing, roofing, finishing, drainage, and all associated works necessary for full functionality

The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the works according to acceptable technical standards.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Interested companies must:

Be legally registered in Rwanda
Have proven experience in construction works

Possess valid tax compliance documentation

3. Required Documents
Bidders must submit the following documents:

Signed Proforma Invoice with a detailed cost breakdown

Company Registration Certificate

Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate

Company Profile, including evidence of similar works (if available)

4. Submission Details

Complete documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope to:

Friday, 12 September 2025 at 11:00 AM
Late submissions will not be accepted.
