BIOCOOR -TENDER NOTICE: SUPPLY OF INDIGENOUS TREE SEEDLINGS

BIOCOOR (Biodiversity Conservation Organization) invites qualified and interested bidders to participate in a tender for the supply of indigenous tree seedlings as part of its community-based ecosystem restoration initiative under the Natural Resources Management and Governance Project.
Scope of Work
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
Supplying high-quality indigenous tree seedlings
Ensuring seedlings are ready for planting
Delivering seedlings to villages in Nyamagabe and Nyaruguru Districts
Replacing any damaged or substandard seedlings
A total of 10,000 seedlings will be distributed across 10 villages. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must: Be legally registered in Rwanda, Have proven experience in nursery, Management or seedling supply, Demonstrate the capacity to supply large
Quantities of indigenous seedlings
Be able to deliver within the specified timeframe
Required Documents
Signed Proforma Invoice with detailed pricing
Company Registration Certificate
Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Company profile with evidence of similar work
