Position: Accounting Software Installation Support
Biodiversity Conservation Organization (BIOCOOR) has been created mainly by young people dedicated to act and to advocate for biodiversity conservation, ecotourism promotion, community health, environmental management, and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
The BIOCOOR headquarters is in Huye district of the Southern Province of Rwanda.
It integrates conservation projects and sustainable economic development for the communities surrounding Nyungwe National Park.
The organization has started in 2012 as a social enterprise called BIOCOOP and recently in June 2020 has shifted to a local NGO current BIOCOOR where it registered and got registration certificate No 777/RGB/NGO/LP/11/2021 and keeping the same focus. Its mission is to build a nation that is environmentally and socio-economically stable through its resources and skills.
To streamline our operations and enhance efficiency, we are seeking the expertise of a reputable company to assist us in installing accounting software at our headquarters in Huye district, Southern Province, Rwanda.Key Requirements:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in installing accounting software systems, Especially QuickBooks, which shown by certificates of completion of work, (minimum two certificates).
Company profile or consultant CV outlining relevant experience Customization:
Ability to customize the software to meet our specific needs and requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing processes.
Training:
Provision of comprehensive training sessions for our Finance staff to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Quick Books.
