Announcement for Tender Bids Biodiversity
Conservation Organization (BIOCOOR) is a legally registered non-governmental organization in Rwanda with legal status Number 777/RGB/NGO/LP/11/2021.
The organization focuses on biodiversity conservation and community development.
BIOCOOR secured the grant from Common Wealth Foundation for capacity strengthening Program.
BIOCOOR invites capable Companies, hotels, motels, and restaurants to bid for the tender to provide catering and accommodation services for Board, Executive Committee, staff and officials during the upcoming training sessions.
The institutions bidding for this tender must meet the following requirements:Have experience in hosting and organizing training sessions.
Be VAT-registered and capable of issuing EBM receipts.Have no outstanding tax liabilities with RRA or RSSB.Have been operational for at least 2 years.
Have successfully completed similar projects, with at least 2 reference documents to prove the completion of such projects.The detailed tender document can be obtained from BIOCOOR’s office in Karubanda starting from 29/07/2024 until 05/08/2024.
